We have an 882C Desk Jet. We have a brand new black ink cartride and color cartridge. According to the box, the black ink is compatiable with the 882C, but the color isn't. I've installed the printer correctly, have the black ink in the right slot, the color one is not in. The print cartridge light on the computer is blinking even if the color cartridge is in or not. What else can I do???
