2nd round should be interesting as four of five Big 12 teams face higher seeded foes, inc all three in action tonight. If the seeds hold up Baylor will the lone conf squad through to the Sweet 16, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a few upsets. Definitely some intriguing matchups, can't wait to see how it all shakes out. Seeding notwithstanding, I was a little surprised by the WVU/Delaware result. I kind of expected a similar outcome to the KU/Del contest in last year's tourney, but Delle Donne really came through this time around.
Second consecutive Sweet 16 for KS, very happy to see Davis, Goodrich and Englemann end their career this way. Same as last year, despite injuries and ups and downs during season, this team finds a way to get it done when it counts. SC pulls down 26 offensive boards and has three players in dlb figures and still can't pull out the win (sounds like a couple of our early season losses). Don't really know what to think of the Jayhawk's chances vs. ND assumng the Irish get by Iowa. You would think pretty slim but if KS' three seniors all play at their best they might just make a contest of it.
