How you know the beggar is a millennial

A colleague who lives in the Philadelphia area found himself longing for some comfort food. As he walked into Popeye's he was accosted by a beggar who wanted money for food. My friend said he had no cash. While waiting on his food, he thought of the beggar and how easy it would be to put another meal on his debit card. He went back outside and offered to buy the young man whatever he wanted off the menu.

"No, I'm wanting Chinese," the beggar replied.

sadly that sort of thing happens all too often...I know people that occasionally have work for the day-labor types and would offer it to the 'will work for food' types. Turned out they really didn't want to work...not surprised.
