I agree with the concepts laid out. That's why we haven't seen anything done regarding these programs from either side of the isle. Both parties have constituencies that benefit from these programs. The piece of America that is hurt by these policies is middle class. The middle class is shrinking, and it's not because more are joining the top tier.
Illegal immigration has NEVER been a complex problem to solve. Stop employing illegal immigrants and they stop coming. It hasn't happened because it has financial implications for corporations. A fence will NEVER solve this problem.
