How to use SBC Call Block?

Mrs. Reboot and I receive countless solicitations at dinner time and they are almost always repeat offenders. Though we have asked them repeatedly to to stop calling, they continue. I need to know how to use the Call Blocker to keep these calls from coming in. Thank you!

1) Don't answer the phone (get caller ID).
2) Make sure you are on the Texas No-Call list. I never got any on my SBC line.
