How to get a Wii or Wii Fit in Austin or Bastrop?

Anyone have helpful information about getting a Wii and/or Wii Fit in Austin this weekend?

I will go by a few BBs tonight to see what they say, but I wondered if anyone had a connection or tips.

It will be for kids, not for resale, FWIW. Thanks!

I used itrackr.com to find my Wii, would never have gotten one without it.

Walmart gets deliveries of Wii consoles every Sunday at 12am. I went in around 1pm a few weeks ago and there were plenty still available. No Wii fit though.

Go to Gamestop. Everyone goes to the big box retailers, so they constantly run short, while not thinking about specialty stores. I went and bought a Wii about 3 months ago at Gamestop, walked right in and got one no problem. They had several more in the back, the guy working there said they never have a shortage anymore.

Found mine at Toys R Us on a Sunday. Targets are not a bad place either.

You will do better at rural Walmarts- demand is usually quite a bit lower.

I have a friend that is selling a new Wii. I think he is asking 290 for it. I'll check and see how much he wants.

I have no idea how to get a Wii Fit. I'd like one too.
