How to fool academics in gender studies

The main point--relevant to other "science "--is that if the publication's reviewers like your conclusion, they do no critical review of your methods.
 
My Constitutional Law professor used to refer to my classmates with politics science degrees as "arts and crafts majors.". I think that's about right.
Another truism: "if science is in your degree title, it's not science." Otherwise known as a "tell".

Yep. If you start from the premise that men suck and throw in a bunch of big words and fancy jargon, some so-called expert will get you published and make you look authoritative. If you can throw climate change in there, you'll do even better.
