Where is the place place to look to find people that are in trouble, or desparately trying to sell their condo, so they sell it for a lower than average cost? I have patience to look, but what I dont have is the knowledge of how.

Listings that brokers have include how many days the unit has been on the market. This usually is a pretty good indicator that you can lowball. Also, find places that haven't been updated in the really easy ways. Its easy to paint/wallpaper. Cabinets and tile are easy to do. Complete bathrooms are harder. Crownmolding and nice accent tile can make a place look thousands better, but its also really easy to do yourself.
