how to dispose of old electronics?

Other than just throwing them in my trash can, is there a good way to dispose/recycle old vcr's and such that no longer work??? Thx...

i just gave my old fried PC monitor to the city collection. They have one a month for electronics/computer items.

Just call your city waste dept.

F'ing do not use the local charities as your own personal dumpster.

Put the thing in the trash, Captian Planet. That's what they're gonna do they get it.

Some folks over in South Austin, America, close to St. Edwards University, hang old VCRs and other electronic devices from the trees in their yard.

Maybe they'll accept donations...
