How much do dove hunt leases cost per year per gun

Looking to get in on one and a friend of mine sent me some information not far from where I live. But how much on average do dove hunt leases cost?

In comparison how much are day leases for dove hunting?

In the early 90's, my family paid $400/gun/year for a place west of Austin. We were responsible for upkeep and basic maintenance as well.
I'd imagine market rates are closer to $1,000+ today.
