How good are the light blue parking passes?

For anyone who has ever had light blue parking, how easy is it to get in and out of that garage?

San Jac is pretty easy in and out. Use standard garage sense. Get there early enough to not be on the upper most levels. And park on a down ramp, not an up ramp.
Stay at DKR until they play The Eyes. (That way you get the most parking for the additional fee you're paying this year.)
