How do you Set Up SKYPE Voicemail?

I just got a phone number on Skype that people in the States can call and it comes with voice mail. Yet I have no idea how to set up a personal voicemail message, much less actually check it.

Do anyone else know?

I wasn't using the word "greeting" originally and that caused problems.
