How do you buy a cell phone on Ebay?

i have an old, old, old cell phone. it's a piece of crap. i'm using a very old phone b/c my new phone was stolen a while ago. i went to the sprint store to get a new phone, but by i couldn't let myself spend 500 bucks for phones they were giving away for free.

so i know nothing about buying a phone on ebay. can you just buy a phone that sprint supplies and that's it? just call sprint and the phone works?

Yea, that is about it. I have bought my last 4 phones used off ebay for about $40 each. Be aware that each time you activate a used phone that Sprint will reset the clock on your rebate.
