get a heading to appear in a rainbow arc. Either wordperfect or word.

In Word, go to the "View" menu then the "Toolbars" sub-menu, and enable the "Drawing" toolbar. One of the icons in that toolbar should be called "Insert WordArt". Select it, and it should throw up a "WordArt Gallery" with a bunch of pre-defined styles.

No, no. They are the Dragon Patrol and the wife is a fabric artist and will silkscreen DRAGON in an arc above the dragon image with PATROL below it.
