How can I customize my email notification?

I would like to be able to customize the sound my computer makes when I receive an email. Anyone know how to do this?

Go to: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds & Multimedia

Scroll down and click on New Mail Notification. Pick the sound from the Name pull-down menu, or click Browse for more choices. If you have a sound you've created or found elsewhere, place it in that same folder as Browse displays.
