how about a nice 4th of july burger?

anyone got any good recipes? i've made the jalepeno blue cheese burgers a couple times and they were a hit. i'd like to try something else. what yall got?

ctrl+alt+dlt has a recipe that calls for finely chopped serranos peppers and 1/4lb of crumbled blue cheese mixed into 1 lb of lean ground beef before cooking.

I've made them once and they were fan-tab-u-lishus!

Jalapenos. They are BADASS. I make them pretty frequently.

IIRC, for every pound of ground beef, mix in 4 chopped jalapenos, 4 ounces of crumbled bleu cheese, 1 TB of soy sauce, 1 TB garlic powder, and 1 TB of onion powder.

Serve on onion buns with a slice of melted swiss cheese on top.
