Houston Roofing pricing

Anyone have any recent experience with getting a new roof in the Houston area? Pricing per square (100 sq ft)????

New construction or a re-roof?

What's the pitch of the roof (i.e. how steep)?

1 Story or 2? More?

3 Tab, Dimensional, metal, tile? Any low slope areas like a patio or porch?

Do you want or require any kind of 'upgraded' roof underlayment (i.e. vapor barrier) like trading out 15 # felt for Deck Armor or SharkSkin?

Any chimneys? If so, is there any work required for this area?

Any skylights? If so, is there any work required for this / these area(s)?

How "cut up" is the roof? Lots of dormers or valleys require extra components.

Adding any extra ventilation such as ridge vents?

Removing any ventilation such as turbines or straight box vents (in favor of ridge vents)?

Is there anything about the property that makes it difficult to get materiel on the roof (i.e. can't load it from a boom truck due to trees over the driveway) or hard to perform an easy cleanup (i.e. lots of bushes; maybe even roses or "Crown of Thorns" that does not allow for easy working behind bushes)?

Start with that & then I might be able to get you a retail $$ per square.
