My band is LL Cooper, and we're nominated for three categories this year. Last year we also got a few nominations but got skunked at the actual award announcement shindig. I'd appreciate your votes.
BUT, the purpose of this thread is for everyone to sound off on any of these bands/songs/albums. I'll say that Katie Stuckey is pretty awesome, as is Ragged Hearts. John Evans is THE BOMB, but he is competing with our lead singer for best songwriter.
I'd also be interested to hear who is good out of the "underground" rap category.
