Houston (Downtown) Brunch Buffets

Got a birthday coming up and I just wanted some suggestions for places that meet the requirement... so far, I've got the Four Seasons. I also saw the St. Regis has a brunch buffet but it's Galleria.

You really can't go wrong with the Four Seasons.

The mere thought of a Houston Buffet scares me....imagine the cattle that feed at those troughs.

Four Season is great. If you are looking for something more casual and a younger scene you could do Farrago's in midtown. Not a buffet, but the food is good and they serve all you can drink mimosas for $5 a person.

Head five minutes west of downtown and go to Hugo's on Westheimer - a fantastic brunch for about $25/person.

if you aren't wedded to the idea of a buffet, nothing says brunch like Brennan's.

Wouldn't La Strada be more fun for a birthday than some buffet place?

I hate Landry's but I've heard some good stuff lately about brunch at Cadillac Bar on Shepherd.

Why limit yourself to downtown?

The birthday-ee really likes the idea of a fancy brunch buffet. Thanks for all the suggestions. Keep giving opinions, it all helps.

I'll second Hugo's if downtown isn't set in stone. They do a very nice spread/buffet.

Hugo's is outstanding
