Cuddy stops House from taking the vicodin and then tells him that she left Lucas for him. Then they kiss. Then the world explodes. And zombies over-run the land. But it's cool...

So are we to believe this isn't another Vicodin hallucination like last time?

Same thing happened to my wife and I. We got to the same point that you did.

He asked Cuddy how could he tell whether or not he was hallucinating again and she asked if he took the vicodin. He knew he wasn't when he opened his hand and it was still there. He then dropped it on the floor and they kissed while he snuck a nip slip peek.

I think house has finally chosen the right path for his life and decided to stop with all the self destruction.
