Hotel Contessa or Westin? (San Antonio)

We were originally booked at the new Grand Hyatt which was our convention headquarters. Just found out they will not be open in time and now we are scrambling to find a cool hotel by next weekend.

Both these places have rooms....any preference in either of these? I have seen posts liking both.

Does either have a better bar than the other?

Any other place I should consider near the convention center?

Hotel Contessa

The bar is out in the open, but it is nice with a good amount of seating around the area. Actually, the drinks and food are both good as well. They have one large flat screen tv and I believe two smaller ones as well.

Overall, my favorite hotel in San Antonio.
