Horns watching in DC this weekend

Where's the best place to watch the Horns in Washington this weekend? During March Madness, I went to a bar in the basement of the Hilton (I think) and found a few Texas fans, but with Okie State coming to the 40 Acres I'd like to watch the game with a solid number of other passionate orange bloods. Any suggestions?
