And next we get some meat with those potatoes. A UNC team on the road next Wednesday (6 p.m., ESPN2) should tell us something more about this team.

Not that I expect a win, but a competitive effort would be a real positive. Then again, who knows ...

Yeah, yeah, lost to UAB on the road, but beat #1 Michigan State on the road and #3 Louisville and #11 Kentucky at home.

UNC at 17 RPI. I guess this early the RPI is crap.

Afterall, UNC gets more credit for beating Richmond (1-50 RPI), than beating either of Louisville or Kentucky (both 51-100 RPI)??!!

Uh, I don't think so.

OTOH, 3 Big XII teams in top 10 RPI (Baylor, KU, OSU), but as noted RPI apparently not too meaningful right now.

Not sure if we can beat UNC but then again I'm surprised this team is 9-1! I thought this team was going to be a rebuilding year with the personnel we lost in the off season.
