I think this is the final report on Hoopgurlz’ Coaches survey series—how to fix the recruiting. The quote below I found interesting. When looking at grad schools, I went on trips to Texas State and Miss. State as well as UT, and found such a different approach to my field at each place. Miss State really emphasized the four percent and pretty much stated that there would be no room for the other 96 percent. I decided real quick that wasn’t the place for me because I valued the rest of the experience.
