I'm thinking that this would help my mother walk more than a few blocks at a time while visiting me in Buenos Aires.

The sidewalks here aren't too wheelchair friendly, but it is very much a walking city. There in lies the rub. This would be a great thing to have.

yeah that way your onion bag can swing dangerously close to those electronic legs that, based on the ones in the background, don't exactly have any airspace between them.

Our friend in Hong Kong has one that wets you, rubs you, pats you down and then lightly air drys you. Then it spritzes you with sparkling water or maybe Orangina if you are frisky.

I wonder if this would help somebody with Rheumatoid Arthritis? Or would any joint movement be bad? My mom has it and it is getting worse. Mostly her feet and knees suffer. This would make a great birthday gift if it would help.
