What is it? I bought a house a month ago and received a letter from them. The letter has little explanation.

You pay that company to file your homestead exemption for you. It's like 35 dollars. But you can file your homestead yourself with the county for free. They are just the middleman. They are making 35 dollars profit if you have them do it.
