I live in the desert of San Antonio where it never rains. I am concerned about some cracks developing above the front door of my house, in the brick above the garage, and near the corner of the house in the backyard on the foundation.

I have purchased some soaker hoses and have put them out around the house. Does anyone have any advice on dealing with foundation shift when the rains stop? Is there anything else I should be doing? Am I screwed and need a foundation repair company? If so, any suggestions on an honest repair company in San Antonio?

I'm not aware of any honest foundation repair companies anywhere in Texas. If they were honest, they wouldn't sell foundation repair.
