Home addition

I am just starting to research a small addition onto my house and was wondering if anyone could give a very general ballpark regarding cost. I have an old pier and beam house and would like to take in what is right now a covered deck and put in a bathroom and closet. There shouldn't be any changes to the roof needed (other than vent, etc) and the location is right next to another bathroom, so plumbing shouldn't have to go far. Any estimate on what something like that would cost per square foot in Austin?
