Today Oklahoma State 67 Kansas 62. I think we payed Oklahoma State at the wrong time.

27-27 at half. We are shooting 54%. Kansas State has 4 fouls on them and is 12-14 from the foul line. Texas has had 10 fouls called on us and we are 2-3 from the foul line.

Lammert is 2/3 on three point shots and has our only 3 point shots made. (Felix and Holmes are not playing.)

Kansas State is 5/10 on their three point shots.

Great defense so far. Still shooting 54% on offense.

Texas holds on 61-57. I am hoping not having Felix and Holmes around which forced us to go inside today helps us go inside the rest of the way.

That was a hard game to watch even though we won.

I was hoping Yancy and Barnett would break out this game with two guys being out.

Yancy was okay with 7 points and a big 3 when we needed it. Barnett definitely has a ways to go. TCU and Tech at home this week should be a good opportunity for everyone to practice and hopefully get their act together.

I like the win. There was a great effort and determination to win. Way to go guys!

But....did we really run an offense in that game? It was Taylor doing a crossover dribble and either shooting (hopefully his shot is going to get hot) or he drove and flinged it up. Most dropped so that is awesome. Or he did a crisp pass to Lammert and fortunately he was hot. Lammert has a really low 3 pt percentage on the season, right? But this is not much of an offense. I like Prince dunking so that is good. I am just frustrated once again with the great start and somehow our guys lose their confidence, look like they are extremely confused, or honestly look anti-motivated. Still hoping for the best though. I always want them to win.
