at the site of the former John Mueller's BBQ... think of it as "Ruggles Grill of Montrose meets Hoover's "...very very good.
Second night of operations and going slow. I sold to and owned by Carlos Rivero of el Chile, el Chillito and Clementine's.
The braised short ribs and Chicken- fried ribeye are insane.

I have no interest in this place , but just wanted to praise a really good new spot !

Ruggles meets Hoover's......hmmm? I'm having trouble envisioning that. We'll give it a shot though.

That area on Manor is great for restaurants: Hoover's, el Chile, Vivo, Eastside Cafe. I like Clementine, too.

Good god, that is their fourth property on a three block stretch of Manor then. Next they will try to buy the UT Softball field and sell tex-mex corndogs.

We drove by at noon today to find it closed. Open in the evenings only? Went on over to Vivo's for an outstanding chile enchilada plate.

Had dinner there Weds night and liked the menu alot.

Chicken Fried Ribeye, smoked mashed potatoes and pico green beans.

Mrs Pecos had Tequila salmon and a salad.

banana puuding saved for next visit.

Very quiet but we were early around 6.

Their smoked mashed potatoes are incredible. Do yourself and your potatoes a favor and eat some. It goes to show that smoking anything taste delicious. For the love of mashed potatoes, go get yourself some.

entrees are 11-16 dollars....large portions....good value IMO
