Hadn't noticed the weather report up that way. Looks like Ames really got hit pretty bad with rain. Hilton is supposed to be under at least 8 feet of water.

Those who build in flood plains should expect periodic..........flooding.

Best wishes for a speedy dry out! The playing surface may have been destroyed by all the water.

While Erwin Center is on Red River, it rarely floods!

I think it may have been a broken water main that contributed to the flooding - not sure if it was the cause, but I did read something that led me to believe the broken main was the cause or contributed to the flooding
