Describes the incompatible assembly of Amerca's ruling class (Wall Street, oligarchs, CIA, State Dept, NSA, etc.) and traditional patrons (blacks, labor, environmentalists, etc) all of which currently back Clinton for the Presidency. For now, Hillary has captured them all. In time something must give and the democrat party will fracture.
