This rainy morning I decided to take a look a the solutions candidate to see what solutions had already been offered and implemented by her with legislation. I narrowed my searches between the 107th to 110th congress. I only looked at bills that had been sponsored by the candidates (co-sponsor did not count in my view because that is someone else’s leadership and idea). I also restricted the search to bills that had passed the Senate. If only Obama could name a couple of post offices buildings and a courthouse, he could then claim to offer the same experience as Hillary in coming up with ideas and then getting those ideas implemented as solutions by getting a law passed in the US Congress.Under substance are bills that passed the Senate and did not or have not become law. The rest are resolutions or grandstanding bills that passed the senate that go no further or did not become law.
