He's getting noticed and that's the key thing to do when you advertise. At least it's a useful service. Carrying a loaded gun around only makes you safer if you can use it with competence and good judgement. I've known personally two persons killed by tragic mishandling of weapons and know of no one among my friends who has thwarted a burglary, robbery or assault with one.

Tolerance is a wonderful attribute to have but sadly it is all to often misapplied. Reference the TSA strip-searching grandmothers and patting down 6-year old girls.
