Highland Park and Southlake Carroll kicking off on ESPN U. Should be a good one. Where’s HPSlugga for commentary when you need him!
 
Southlake Carroll has to be wondering how good they could have been with Ewers at QB. The Dragons missed Ewers about as much as I would miss Brad Pitt hittin on my girlfriend.
 
My prediction is my San Antonio Ronald Reagan Rattlers should have their usual great year and again be ignored by the local press.

SLC could have been up 50-0 at halftime with Ewers.
Not because the QB wasn't good, but because Riley started out very conservative with him. Rightfully so. If SLC had come out with the whole playbook from the beginning with Ewers at QB that game could have been really ugly.
