High risk recruits....

Texas Basketball, Baseball, and Football all are having down years after excellent years.

In basketball, I feel these one and done kids are a problem. Yes, they are flashy and really good, but they do not let the program have a team concept. Sometimes I feel that if we had good to average kids for 4 years, we would do better in the tournament. They would have time to get some sort of chemistry.

Baseball is a weird thing....why are we always good in pitching and terrible in hitting? This years baseball team is pulling of a CAT OSTERMAN and softball hitting. How can someone recruited to play ball at TEXAS not be able to hit????

Football....bizarre year, but we've had people leave the team early.

I am torn because I want the best players to come to TEXAS, but I also want our teams to play as a "team".

How is baseball having a down year? They're 17-7 and 4-2 in conference. A year ago they were 18-6 and 4-2 in conference. Two years ago they were 17-7 and 4-5 in conference.

Because when they (not we) win. Bevo farts rainbows and all is right with the world. And then when they (again, not we) lose, it's the impending aggie-pocolypse.

2 national championships and 2 runners up in just under a decade.

"The sky has fallen and landed on my burnt orage miata!"

Longhorn-Littles? It's too early in the season, not to mention redundant to break out the forum-aggy tag.
