I recall in the 60s reading a guy in Crawdaddy or one of the music mags saying that that generation of rockers would just fade away. He said you could be damned sure that Jagger and Richards would not continue singing about their inability to get any Satsifaction into their 50s, like the Bing Crosbys and Frank Sinatras of the time.

He was sure right about that.

As for Pakistan and the numerous Al Q's we have killed, how many #2 guys have they got? It seems like we kill one every week.

I am so glad we got involved in a land war in the mideast. Or two or three, however many it is this week. They are such an inexpensive way of protecting tall ugly buildings in NYC.

We will soon be getting oil from Canada via the pipeline, oil from south Texas via the Eagle Ford shale and we can perhaps tell those rag headed ******** to go back to killing each other.

And the Iranians should thank us for removing Saddam and letting them take over the whole Persian Gulf via their puppet government in Baghdad. Why do our politicians play diplomacy one move at a time?
