Herby Strikes Again

So did anyone notice during the USC-OSU game they are showing the top 20 and right in the middle of talking about Missou and Chase Daniels Herby blurts out:
You know who I an watching and will be a surprise?
Penn State, thats right fans, Penn freaking state, not Texas, not TT, not LSU but number 17, I know Herby has said some stupid things before but I am wondering if he is snorting buckeye nut dust?

I can't believe they didn't fire him after last season. I don't see any possibility he lasts the season.
