Help with movie quote

The good guy says something like "You should have killed me when you had the chance" or "You never could finish me off" and the bad responds with something like "A mistake I intend to rectify shortly". Any idea what this is from? I can't think of anything more specific but it's been stuck in my mind for awhile.

Prince Humperdinck: I don't think I'm quite familiar with that phrase.

Westley: I'll explain and I'll use small words so that you'll be sure to understand, you warthog faced buffoon.

Westley: It won't be the last. To the pain means the first thing you will lose will be your feet below the ankles. Then your hands at the wrists. Next your nose.

Prince Humperdinck: And then my tongue I suppose, I killed you too quickly the last time. A mistake I don't mean to duplicate tonight.

I always thought the phrase "to the pain" was kind of cheesy
