Help with early 90's Longhorn bball player...

I could have sworn Texas had the little brother of Grant Hill on its roster. Am I crazy? I want to say his name was Lamont Hill but maybe I'm cross referencing different people.

On a related note, did we also have the little brother of a pretty big MLB star on the baseball team as well around this time?

Lamont Hill was the player, though I think his brother was Thomas Hill (on the same Duke teams as Grant Hill).

Yes, Lamont was Grant's younger brother and a walk on for the Texas team in the 90's. If I remember correctly, he took a year off to focus on academics and returned for his senior year to play a significant role on the team.

He was teammates with B.J. Tyler and Reggie Freeman (****, that was a long time ago).

I think he was Thomas Hill's brother, since I remember Thomas Hill being from Lancaster or somewhere around the DFW area.

Got it. Lamont was Thomas Hill's younger brother. The baseball player I was thinking of was Barry' Larkin's little brother - Stephen. I knew I wasn't crazy.
