Help Needed on Cookies

Is there an easy way to save the cookies I want, and delete the rest, from my PC? I like being able to clean out my cookies, but there are some that I want to keep.

Honestly though, I don't know how you'd go about it without going through the whole list ad picking and choosing.

I use a free utility called CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) to regularly give my computers an enema. Our IT guy at work recommended it because it allows you to do secure file deletions (and I occasionally have sensitive files that need to be truly removed from the drive). It has a very simple interface to allow me to keep cookies I want. That's what I recommend.

CCleaner is a good suggestion, as is another freeware product called EasyCleaner.

If you use Firefos, you can set it up to refuse cookies from speciifc sites. You can also set it to dump your cookies after every session.
