Help modifying a foldup chair bag for acl fest

I have been to the last 2 ACL fests and it seems the best and only thing to bring is a foldup chair in a bag, since you constantly move every hour mostly.

I like buying a lot of beer at once, so I don't have to go back for more. I would like to sew on an outer tube insulated that I can just drop beers in.
I also hate the over the shoulder strap and want to either make it like a back pack, or make the strap longer, so I can rest in on one shoulder, but have it go across my chest, so I don't have to keep messing with it as I walk.

So, does anyone know where I can buy that strap type stuff that I can sew onto the bag? I would also like to know where to buy the type of material that the bag is made out of. And lastly if anyone knows where to buy some kind of insulation like they use in softsided coolers.

I don't know why somebody doesn't make one of these.

TIA

Also, I was just thinking of padding for the shoulder, I might use one of those seat belt pads (gotta go to pep boys, and see how padded they are), or pads from an old or cheap backpack.

There are plenty of hunting chairs/stools with coolers built in. Academy, McBrides, Cabelas, probably Bass Pro would be my bets.
