Heard this sales pitch?

I have a buddy at work trying to get me to go this meeting for Ignite Energy. Something about getting people to join and you get residuals based on them getting people..etc..
Sounds very MLM, pyramidish to me.
Just wondered if any of you had heard of this company or how it could possibly work?
Would they just 1099 you on your income?

Is there A Scam Or Fraud Element?

We have seen accusations of these network companies being scams or frauds, but not in the tradtional sense. Seriously, most of the issues have come from discruntled networkers who were mislead by other energy reps or consultants. sound familiar? The companies go by many names, Ignite Stream Energy, Ambit Energy, Izagg Energy… but we cannot seem to find any founded complaints about any of them being a scam or fraud. Mostly just a lot of conjecture and hearsay, nothing founded.

Doesn't seem to be any concrete pay schedule.
Interesting stuff, but not for this guy.
