Actually, I'm staying with some friends at another friends place in Winter Park tonight, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The problem is that my girlfriend is flying up on Sunday. We are supposed to be staying in Vail on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday returning Thursday.
I'm hoping to get a good deal on some last minute reservations, but I'm a little worried flying by the seat of my pants. I haven't been this far out on a limb since I was calling condo rental agents in Vail at 5:00 PM from a pay phone half way between Steamboat and Vail. That was January 1992. This is Spring Break 2007.
I have to leave for the airport in an hour. Wish me luck. At least I have a dinner reservation at Sweet Basil on Monday night.
