HD Projectors

About to move into our new house and our living room is very big with a very big wall. I was thinking about an HD Projector instead of a regular wall mounted TV.

Pros?
Cons?
I'm concerned with the picture on the wall during daylight. The room is well light with a skylight as well.

The pro/con list is pretty short. If your room is well-lit or gets lots of sunlight, then I would strongly advise against a projector. We have one but the media room has no windows. IMO, unless you plan on getting blackout curtains and using them readily when watching TV, then I would go with an LCD/Plasma

Cons:
Does not work well in lit environments
Expensive

My next purchase will be a projector but its more difficult finding the right projector than a plasma or LCD. You can find some really good info on avs forum, actually its almost information overload.
