HD over-the-air problem

Since I'm having problems figuring this out on my own, I thought I'd consult the collective wisdom of Hornfans...

I've got a 42-inch Samsung plasma TV. I've been watch HD programming over the air using an antenna for about a year. For the past two days, the HD signal for NBC (channel 4 in Washington, D.C.) has been totally messed up. It displays about half the picture, a big green bar on the left and black around the bottom. The part of the picture that is visible is in HD and comes through clearly with no static.

All the other over-the-air HD channels appear fine. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
