Hawaii--best plate lunch?

So, the wife and I will be in Hawaii in a few weeks. I'm looking for recommendations for the best local plate lunch. We're staying on Oahu. I grew up there but haven't been back in more than 10 years, so I'm not familiar with the latest hot spots.
