Hatch Chile's delivered overnight

Flew from Seattle to El Paso to visit grandmother for labor day wknd. Got bored and saw that the Hatch Chile Festival was taking place in Hatch, NM and drove the hour over there. Bought 40 lbs of roasted hatch chile's for $20 on the plane. Its Green Chile everything for the next 2 months

Anyway...the farm I bought them from is starting a shipping service. $35 + overnight UPS shipping cost gets you 40 lbs roasted or fresh Hatch green chile's and you can pick your heat level and type. PM me if you want their info. I am not affiliated with these guys but remember a thread on here about this from a few months ago an thought this might help

if you have a grill, just roast them yourself. now, 40 pounds is gonna take a while, but the rewards are tremendous.

I know I can grill them myself, but, as you pointed out, 40 lbs will take quite awhile (and be a PITA)...

The roasters make it so easy...
