Has Anyone Seen 'The Grey?'

I watched it last night from NETFLIX.

It was OK as a rental on a slow night, mainly for the scenery and the true grit, but nothing special otherwise.

I liked "Brave," "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter," "The Avengers" and even the good parts of "Prometheus" more.

And I felt Liam Neeson was somewhat like "Magic Mike" in how he was pitted against the wolves or the cougars or whatever.

I'm like you: it was OK as a rental on a slow night, as you put it. Some of the wolf scenes were a little too fake-looking for my tastes.

Saw it last night. Good rental and I agree about the fake wolf effects. Even their howling and growls were overdone. I don't think they portrayed wolf behavior very well, either.

Interesting that Ridley and Tony Scott have producer credits on the film. I wonder why they were involved and to what extent.

Rented it last night, as I've enjoyed all of Neeson's recent films. This one was kinda slow and boring though. Completely predictable as well. I found myself fast forwarding through parts of the film at times.
