Harry Reid thinks everyone is stupid

He knows the average American doesn't buy one bit of his BS. But, he also knows that the mainstream media will gulp down as much horse crap that he can shovel into their waiting mouths. He could've blamed the lousy enrollment numbers on Magic Johnson and Dale Earnhart, and his voting base wouldn't have cared at all. As long as the media repeats the lies over and again like good Alinksi- followers, the lies perform as well as the truth.
It's a long play, though, that starts this November. Delay the damned thing until the GOP claims Congress, then stand behind lame duck Obama's lies that it's the Republicans' fault that Obamacare failed, and 2016 is set up on a tee for Clinton to waltz straight into power.
It's so simple, a trained ape could've come up with it.

I don't think it's hard to understand how he keeps getting elected.

Nevada is a very pro-union state, and Reid is cozy with them
Nevada has a relatively large Mormon population, especially Las Vegas, where LDS is the 2nd largest Christian-affiliated church.
Also, his opponents of late have been dumber than a box of corn.
He has done nothing but aide the collapse of the nation
If the GOP regains Congress, I hope they mercilessly bash his political brains in and hold his head underwater until he crawls out of office.

Sangre, maybe it's a vote for the idiot you know versus the idiot you don't?
I've assumed Nevada as a Republican-leaning state, so I really don't have any legitimate answer to explain how Reid keeps winning his seat

However, I can tell you about my lowest round of golf I've ever had when I played the TPC in Summerlin, or my track record with the $20 handshake to get upgraded at casino hotels. That's about the extent of my Nevada expertise

I dont know about harry in particular, but some terrible politicians get reelected becasue they bring home the bacon for their state each year.

It's called fear of the unknown and change. Most people suffer from that and is why people stuck in bad situations many times stay there.

No matter how bad things get, most think the alternative might be worse instead of thinking of it as an opportunity for something better so status quo usually wins out.
